Biblissima+'s data management plan (DMP) aims to establish a global strategy in managing the data created and collected during the project (2021-2029). The proposed approach aims in particular to facilitate the sharing and archiving of accessible and reusable datasets within several trsuted warehouses dedicated to this purpose.
The DMP is an official deliverable of the ÉquipEx project. It is continuously updated to reflect the evolution of decisions, or to do the inventory of datasets produced over time.

A stabilized version in PDF format is delivered every two years to the ANR until the end of the project, in 2029. The successive version are uploaded on Zenodo (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.7081673).
The data management plan addresses the following points:
- The guiding principles of data management and dissemination, applied to all identified data scopes within the project;
- The minimum recommandations for each partner team to apply, in order to favor the harmonization of practices;
- An overview of the sharing and archiving policies for all future deliverables, offered in the shape of summary tables (P2 and P3 perimeters);
- A detailed DMP of the P1 perimeter digital infrastructure (using the ANR's DMP model);
- Annexes.
